What is the SCA score?
All coffee beans can be classified out of 100 and according to the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), specialty coffee is Arabica coffee with an SCA score greater than 80.
In this assessment, aspects such as aroma, flavor, acidity, body or defects are analyzed. Everything to ensure excellence in the entire coffee process; from seed to cup.
