This week we have had a visit from a group of students from the University of Lleida (UDL). The idea was to explain the business model that is Cafés Batalla of each of them to future internships in different departments. Josep Ramon Porres He explained the structure of the company and the most important particularities of the coffee world and the importance of the rise in the price of green coffee.
Our barista Taia Zahariya showed them the different types of coffee, how to prepare a coffee and how to discover a good coffee. The visit in the laboratory and in the factory was led by Xavier BattleCafés Batalla's master coffee maker.
We continue to support the talent of our young people, one more step towards their integration into the labour market.
