BASES AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE BATALLA COFFEE DRAWING IN THE MOS DE LLEIDA FAIR:

This current draw is organized by CAFES BATALLA 2000 S.L., with NIF B31543259 and registered address at the Industrial Park Camí dels Frares, C/ Alcarràs, 33, 25191 Lleida. - Duration and communication of the winner
The draw will be active from September 25 to 27, 2026, during the celebration of the MOS Fair. The winner will be announced in the days following the conclusion of the draw.
The winning person will be chosen randomly by drawing a ticket from among all the valid entries.
The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number provided.
Cafès Batalla will announce the winner through its official Instagram account.
In the event that the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
- Mechanics of participation
To participate, attendees must fill out a form with their personal details and deposit it in the ballot box located at the Cafès Batalla stand.
It is mandatory to complete all requested data truthfully. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified.
- Requirements for participation
All persons over 18 years of age with legal residence in Spain may participate. - Award
The prize consists of a set of products from Cafès Batalla. The prize cannot be exchanged for money or other products. - Award delivery
The organizer will have a maximum period of 15 days from the communication with the winner to make the prize shipment. - Data protection
The personal data provided will be processed by Cafès Batalla in order to manage participation in the draw and the delivery of the prize.
Likewise, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the participants’ data will only be included in the company’s database for the purpose of sending commercial communications, offers, and updates if the participant checks the acceptance box on the participation form.
