The relationship of Cafés Batalla to the Lleida School of Hotel Management and Tourism has a long history and has always been very positive, both in barista training, championships, coffee training and factory visits.
This week we received the students of 4th grade of IFE from the Lleida School of Hotel Management and Tourism. They had the usual technical visit in the factory, with explanation of the whole coffee process and a more professional session in the laboratory to receive the explanation and the characteristics of green coffee.
The Cafés Batalla Show Room was followed by a barista training session with our barista Taiaa professional expert in the preparation of all kinds of coffees, latte art, cappuccinos and other specialities.
