Ramon Batallaresponsible for Cafés Batalla, has taken part in a radio interview on the morning magazine One More Day from UA1 Lleida Radio which is directed by the journalist Jordi Sebastià and which the Lleida station broadcasts every morning on 104.5 FM.
Ramon Batalla commented on the history of Cafés Batallaemphasising that next year the company will celebrate its 75th anniversary.
Batalla takes a look at the world of coffee from the coffee producing countries, imports, prices and market dynamics, coffee roasting and the importance of the barista.
The conversation with the journalist has also had a playful part where Ramon Batalla has explained some tips on how to drink good coffee and the different ways to treat coffee and milk.
