Process productive
We have some facilities in which we apply a process of latest generation to get the most out of profitability to each coffee bean.
After transfer to silos for degassing, we can proceed to packaging or separation into RFID containers:
They stabilise the product, maintain the organoleptic characteristics and homogenise in order to maintain the grinding point.
A 20-head multiple weigher is used. Different packaging lines are available for bags and cans, all with one-way valves.
Each bag is marked with batch identification, date and time of packaging, best-before date, guarantee seal and shrink-wrapping.
Finally, the coffee is stored on pallets and shrink-wrapped to make it available in the warehouse. A sample of each packaged product is kept until the expiry date.
