New Guinea Sigri AA coffee is grown in the Waghi Valley in Sigri State, at an altitude of over 1500m. This state has been known for the quality of its coffees for more than 20 years. The careful production process, from planting to packaging and shipping by the producers, is what has given this area its reputation.
It is an excellent coffee, full-bodied and of medium intensity. It has a delicious flavour with notes of figs and grapes and hints of chocolate.

Kenyan coffees are considered among the best in the world. Grown between 1,500 and 2,100 metres above sea level, they are harvested by hand twice a year and pulped with wet milling.

All coffee beans can be graded out of 100 and according to the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), specialty coffee is Arabica coffee with an SCA score above 80.
In this assessment, aspects such as aroma, flavour, acidity, body and defects are analysed. Everything to ensure excellence in the whole coffee process, from the seed to the cup.
