By means of this notice, CAFES BATALLA 2000 S.L., with NIF B31543259 and address at Polígono Industrial Camí dels Frares Calle C (3a fase) Parcela 69, N-1, CP 25191 de Lleida (hereinafter, the Service Provider) informs users in compliance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the Regulation), so that they can decide expressly, freely and voluntarily whether they wish to provide the personal data requested on the website for the provision of its services.

 

It is also informed that the purpose of the processing of the data provided by users is exclusively to process their request or query made through this website and, where appropriate, if users expressly consent by ticking the corresponding box at the bottom of the data collection form, to send them information on the activities of the Service Provider that may be of interest to them, it being understood that by sending their data they expressly authorise the Service Provider to process their data for the aforementioned purposes. The consent given, which constitutes the legal basis that legitimises the processing of the data, may be revoked at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

 

Unless specifically stated otherwise, it shall be deemed necessary to complete all the data required in the data form. In the event of not providing all the data deemed necessary, the Service Provider may, depending on the case, not process the specific request made. The data provided will be retained until such time as users decide to revoke their consent to the processing.

 

Users must fill in the forms with true, exact, complete and up-to-date data, and shall be liable for any damages that may arise as a result of the defective completion of the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date data.

 

The Service Provider has adopted the personal data protection security levels required by current data protection legislation, installing the necessary technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and other possible risks.

Likewise, the Service Provider undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to store them and shall adopt all necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology at all times. 

Users or persons representing them may at any time exercise their right of access, rectification, suppression and, where appropriate, opposition in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations, by sending a written communication to CAFES BATALLA 2000 S.L., at the following postal address: Polígono Industrial Camí dels Frares Calle C (3a fase) Parcela 69, N-1, CP 25191 de Lleida, and/or by e-mail: info@cafesbatalla.com in which the user's identity is proven. 

 

In the event that the Service Provider provides a special type of service in which it determines specific provisions different from these, with regard to data protection, the application of the particular rules indicated for that particular service shall take precedence over these rules in the event of inconsistency.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this policy, informing users in advance of any changes to it.

Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they believe that their data protection rights have been infringed.
