According to the newspaper The Segre, The 44th edition of the Aplec del Caragol in Lleida ended three days of multitudinous gastronomic festivities with record numbers, with 16,500 penyistes from 121 groups and 200,000 visitors.
We have all done very well: the proof is that we have had more visitors than ever before and we have been featured in all the media. Good job!
