Canal de Complaints
The Whistleblower Channel is a communication system that aims to facilitate that workers, clients, suppliers, etc. can report, confidentially and through a simple form, those irregular activities and conducts that may imply a breach of the Code of Conduct.All complaints will be received and analysed diligently, rigorously and confidentially, and a detailed, best-practice protocol will be applied to all complaints, with the objective of an orderly response and handling.
The data provided through the Whistleblowing Channel will be included in a personal data file owned by BALUÉ JUSTO ADVOCATS, SLP for the management of the communication received, as well as for the carrying out of any investigations necessary to determine the commission of the infringement. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the data of the persons making the communication may be provided to the administrative or judicial authorities, to the extent that they are required by such authorities as a result of any proceedings arising from the object of the complaint. Said transfer of data to the administrative or judicial authorities shall always be carried out in full compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data. Users of the Complaints Channel may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with respect to their personal data by means of a written communication addressed to the Management.
