Ce mardi 4 f\u00e9vrier, le 2\u00e8me championnat r\u00e9gional de barista \"Hoscafrost\".<\/b> au Palacio de Congresos de Jaca, qui a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la collaboration de la Commission europ\u00e9enne. Conseil municipal de Jaca<\/b> y Acomseja<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Caf\u00e9s Batalla<\/b> a \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 dans le championnat avec la participation de Taia, notre formateur de baristas, et de Gala Pipo, qui ont fait partie du jury au nom de l'Union europ\u00e9enne. Caf\u00e9s Batalla<\/b>. Quant aux baristas, Clara Fern\u00e1ndez, du caf\u00e9 Il Capriccio, a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 Caf\u00e9s Batalla<\/b> dans le championnat.<\/span><\/p>

Selon la station de radio COPE Jaca, le championnat, organis\u00e9 par des professionnels et des amateurs de caf\u00e9 d'Aragon, a r\u00e9uni 10 participants qui se sont affront\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9preuves, au cours desquelles diff\u00e9rentes pr\u00e9parations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en un temps limit\u00e9. Nous soulignons l'\u00e9preuve du \"Latte art\" qui d\u00e9montre l'habilet\u00e9 avec le pot \u00e0 lait et les \"Caf\u00e9s de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9\" o\u00f9 la dext\u00e9rit\u00e9 et l'habilet\u00e9 des baristas participants ont pu \u00eatre test\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>
