The <\/span>Snail Apple<\/b><\/span> he has become an ambassador for the city and the regions of Lleida. This is demonstrated by twenty-one editions of the <\/span>Caragol Tour<\/b><\/span> which sum up to 32 visited locations, from 11 different autonomous communities. \u00abExporting gastronomy and culture is also wealth.\u00bb<\/i> The president of the entity explained today, <\/span>Ferran\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Partridge<\/b><\/span>, which has welcomed the presentation of the<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>45<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Snail Apple<\/b><\/span> in the <\/span>Lleida Regional Centre<\/b><\/span>, in Barcelona.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Attendees at the presentation included <\/span>Agust\u00ed Jim\u00e9nez<\/b><\/span>, Vice-President of the Lleida Provincial Council; <\/span>Joe\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Crest<\/b><\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>Deputy<\/span>\u00a0of the Government; <\/span>Rosa Maria\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Cube<\/b><\/span>, Secretary of Food; <\/span>Joan\u00a0<\/b><\/span>G\u00f2dia<\/b><\/span>, Director of Agri-food Industries; <\/span>Arantxa\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Calvera<\/b><\/span>, Director of the Catalan Tourism Agency; <\/span>Juli Alegre<\/b><\/span>, director of the Patronat de Turisme of the Diputaci\u00f3 de Lleida; and <\/span>Andreu V\u00e1zquez<\/b><\/span>, Director of the Institute <\/span>Institute of Ilerdenc Studies<\/span>; in addition to <\/span>Paul Pin\u00f3s<\/b><\/span> \u2018The Pau of Pons<\/span>, the popular actress\u00a0<\/span>Ivana<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Minho<\/b><\/span>, and directors of sponsoring brands of the Aplec, which included <\/span>Ramon\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Battle<\/b><\/span>\u00a0from Caf\u00e9s Batalla.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The menu, \u201cvery innovative\u201d, was designed by <\/span>Ramon Tudela<\/b><\/span>, chef and owner of the\u00a0<\/span>Rice restaurant<\/b><\/span>\u00a0Nope\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Rules<\/b><\/span>, and his team: Pear gazpacho from Lleida with DO wine\u00a0<\/span>Coasters<\/span>\u00a0Scallops from the Segre, with goat cheese and crunchy peasant bread; and snails\u00a0<\/span>gourmand<\/span>\u00a0oriental, as starters. For the main course, a chef's speciality casserole rice. The desserts, once again, have been created by the students and teachers of the\u00a0<\/span>ESCHATOLOGY<\/b><\/span>\u00a0that they have prepared a\u00a0<\/span>Mousse<\/span>\u00a0of Pera de Lleida with\u00a0<\/span>Toffee<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
