This year, the event takes on a special significance, as it forms part of the activities to celebrate the <strong>75th anniversary of Caf\u00e9s Batalla<\/strong>a company with a long history dedicated to coffee culture and excellence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Organised by <strong>Caf\u00e9s Batalla<\/strong>The championship will feature the participation of <strong>ten baristas<\/strong>\u00a0ready to demonstrate their talent and mastery of barista techniques in two rounds combining precision, speed and creativity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In the <strong>first round, \"La Comanda\",<\/strong> Each participant will have to prepare eight classic drinks - such as espresso, ristretto, cappuccino or latte - in a maximum time of eight minutes, under the evaluation of a technical and sensory jury. This test emphasises the speed, precision and quality of each brew.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The <strong>second round, \"Fantasy Drink\",<\/strong> will give space to the creativity of the baristas, who will have to present two original drinks, with or without alcohol, where coffee is the main protagonist. The jury will assess technique, cleanliness, presentation, taste and communication with the panel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The competition stipulates that all participants use the same coffee, milk and materials provided by the organisers, thus ensuring a level playing field during the competition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The <strong>Barista Championship Caf\u00e9s Batalla 2025<\/strong> is an opportunity to recognise the professionalism of baristas and to disseminate the culture of speciality coffee.
