This week we have had a visit from a group of students from the University of Lleida (UDL)<\/strong>. The idea was to explain the business model that is Caf\u00e9s Batalla<\/strong> of each of them to future internships in different departments. Josep Ramon\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Porres<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0He explained the structure of the company and the most important particularities of the coffee world and the importance of the rise in the price of green coffee.<\/span><\/p>

Our\u00a0<\/span>barista<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Taia<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Zahariy<\/strong>a<\/span>\u00a0showed them the different types of coffee, how to prepare a coffee and how to discover a good coffee. The visit in the laboratory and in the factory was led by Xavier\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Battle<\/span><\/strong>Caf\u00e9s Batalla's master coffee maker.<\/span><\/p>
