The city of Lleida organises a massive picnic to mark Lleida in the year of the World Gastronomy Region, Catalonia 2025<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The Saturday 29 March<\/strong>the Tourism Department of the Lleida City Council<\/strong> calls on citizens to rediscover l'Horta and the river as values of identity During the event, almost a tonne of vegetables and 350 kilos of sausage will be prepared for the <\/span>catxipanda<\/span>\u00a0and 250 kilos of snails.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Caf\u00e9s Batalla<\/strong>Lleida coffee wants to join this great event and is present at the PICNIC in a coffee space, equipped with two coffee machines, offering and selling coffee in traditional formats.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Everyone who wants to participate in the picnic will have the opportunity to purchase it in advance, online at the website Turisme de Lleida<\/a>,<\/strong> for a popular price of 10 euros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The Picnic has the active participation of the Association of Producers of l'Horta de Lleida, the seal Huerta de Lleida, the Guild of Bakers of Lleida, the Federation of Gangs of the Encounter of the Snail or the collective of promotion of the\u00a0<\/span>Garrot\u00edn<\/span>\u00a0of Lleida and the Friends of the old tractors of Poniente.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
