This week we conducted a factory visit and a training workshop with 12 students from the Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC) of Lleida accompanied by the teacher of the Lleida School of Hotel Management and TourismMr. Miquel Àngel.

Students paid a visit to our master roaster Xavi Batalla and the training was conducted by our barista Taia Zaharia who gave them a master class on how to make a good coffee, how to heat the milk well and how to prepare it, and how to order a good coffee.

We continue to support the training of our young people, one more step towards their integration into the labour market.
