This Tuesday, 4 February, the 2nd Regional Barista Championship 'Hoscafrost'.<\/b> in the Palacio de Congresos de Jaca, which has counted on the collaboration of the Jaca City Council<\/b> y Acomseja<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Caf\u00e9s Batalla<\/b> has been involved in the championship with the participation of Taia, our barista trainer together with Gala Pipo who were part of the jury on behalf of Caf\u00e9s Batalla<\/b>. As for the baristas, Clara Fern\u00e1ndez from the Il Capriccio coffee shop represented Caf\u00e9s Batalla<\/b> in the Championship.<\/span><\/p>

According to the COPE Jaca radio station, the championship, run by professionals and coffee lovers from Aragon, had 10 participants who competed in different tests, in which different preparations were made in a limited time. We highlight the \"Latte art\" test to demonstrate the skill with the milk jug and the \"Speciality coffees\" where the dexterity and skill of the baristas contestants could be tested.<\/span><\/p>

The winners of this second edition were:<\/span><\/p>

1st prize: Mayer Celaya; pastry shop Vincelle
<\/span>2nd prize: Selena Padilla; Go Coffee Jaca
<\/span>3rd prize: Clara Fern\u00e1ndez; Cafeteria Il Capriccio<\/span><\/p>

Best Cocktail: Mayer Celaya
<\/span>Best Cappuccino: Pablo Sempere
<\/span>Best Dress: Georgina Bacio<\/p>
