Lleida, 17 November 2025<\/i> - Caf\u00e9s Batalla<\/b>the Lleida caf\u00e9, held the Barista Championship Coffee Battle 2025<\/b> in a special edition of its 75th anniversary<\/b>.<\/p>

The competition, held on the premises of the Caf\u00e9s Batalla factory in the Cam\u00f3i dels Frares industrial estate in Lleida, lasted more than five hours and attracted more than 100 people, including several catering establishments, specialised journalists and family members of the participants. They all appreciated the interest and growing passion for speciality coffee culture.<\/p>

The winners of the day were:
First Place (Gold Barista Trophy)<\/b>: Cindy Maria Burgos<\/b> from\u00a0Rugaca Bar<\/b> (Huesca). He received the trophy and a high-end coffee machine. De'Longhi La Specialista Touch<\/b>accrediting it as the Best Barista of Lleida 2025<\/b>.<\/p>

Second Place (Silver Barista Trophy)<\/b>: Clara Fern\u00e1ndez Donaire<\/b>\u00a0from\u00a0Il Capriccio<\/b>\u00a0(Lleida), who won the trophy and the attendance and travel to the\u00a0Coffee Fest<\/b>\u00a0of Madrid 2026.<\/p>

Third Place (Bronze Barista Trophy)<\/b>: Blanca Forcada Aguado<\/b> from Carme Pastry Shop<\/b> (Lleida), who received the trophy and a filter coffee machine.\u00a0Trinity Zero Black<\/b>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Championship brought together 10 professional baristas who demonstrated their talent. The contestants of this special edition were:<\/p>

The championship jury was made up of:<\/p>

Lead Judge: Antoni Gros Manero<\/b>representing the Coffee Guild.
Sensory Judge: Gala Pip\u00f3 Piqu\u00e9, Chef, barista and gastronomic communicator in the press and social networks.
Sensory Judge: Laura Bosch<\/b> (LLEIDA 2024 CHAMPION), Owner of the Sucrerie patisserie.
Technical Judge: Albert Graells<\/b> (HEAD OF ROOM AT LA BOSCANA ESTRELLA MICHELIN) of Bellvis.
Sensory Judge: Mayer Z. Vincelle<\/b>\u00a0(Barista Champion Huesca 2025), representing the Vincelle pastry shop in Jaca.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
