Pel que fa a baristes, Clara Fern\u00e1ndez de la cafeteria Il Capriccio va representar <b>Caf\u00e8s Batalla<\/b> al Campionat.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\">Segons informa l&#039;emissora COPE Jaca, el campionat, dirigit per professionals i amants del caf\u00e8 d&#039;Arag\u00f3, ha comptat amb 10 participants que s&#039;han enfrontat a diferents proves, en qu\u00e8 es faran diferents elaboracions amb un temps limitat. Destaquem la prova del Latte art per demostrar l&#039;habilitat amb la gerra de llet i els Caf\u00e8s d&#039;especialitat on s&#039;ha pogut comprovar la destresa i habilitat dels i les baristes concursants.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\">Els guanyadors d&#039;aquesta segona edici\u00f3 han estat els seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\">1r premi: Mayer Celaya; pastisseria Vincelle<br \/><\/span><span class=\"s1\">2\u00ba premi: Selena Padilla; Go Coffee Jaca<br \/><\/span><span class=\"s1\">3r premi: Clara Fern\u00e1ndez; cafeteria Il Capriccio<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\">Millor C\u00f2ctel: Mayer Celaya<br \/><\/span><span class=\"s1\">Millor Capuccino: Pablo Sempere<br \/><\/span>Millor vestit: Georgina Bacio<\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span class=\"s1\">Des de <strong>Caf\u00e8s Batalla<\/strong> felicitem a les guanyadores i guanyadors ia tots els participants del <b>2n Campionat Regional Barista &#039;Hoscafrost&#039; de Jaca, <\/b>\u00a0i ens posem a la vostra disposici\u00f3 per continuar treballant juntament amb aquest apassionant m\u00f3n del caf\u00e8.
